Prior to the dispatch of your device you will be sent an activation link from CreditCall NMI to access your management information (WebMIS). Once this link has been sent our customer services team will send you a single use passcode (OTP). Please login to this account within 24 hours of receipt.

If you do not log in to WebMIS within 7 days, the link will expire and you will need to contact us to request a new activation link.
