Devices
Within this section you have the ability to search for devices, view devices, assign devices and notify all devices.
Search Devices
This gives you a quick and easy way to search for a device to view the specific assignment of that device and the note history.
Search by terminal id
or serial number
. Once you have entered in the terminal id
or serial number
press search
and your result will be displayed on screen.

You will be able to see the serial number
, terminal type
, terminal id
. By pressing view
this opens up the specific information relating to that device.
Device Notes - If admin has assigned a note to the device this will be shown in the device notes history.
Notification Log (only applies to A920) - if a notification has previously been pushed to an A920 device it will be displayed in the notification log.
Transaction List - view all transactions processed on the device by date range. You can also filter out by previously assigned districts. Again, you have the ability to add a report note and download
via CSV.
To filter results press the blue filter button
otherwise press the red reset button
to reset the parameters.

View Devices
This section will display a list of all devices and their current assignments by region. Use the filter
and search
at the top to search for a specific region.
Click on view
to open the specific information of that device. For an explanation of the results shown please navigate to 'Search Devices' in this guide.

Assign Devices
Within this section here you have the ability to do the following:
a) Download Unassigned Devices CSV
This CSV file will provide you with a list of the currently unassigned terminals in a correctly formatted CSV file for use in batch assignments of a group of devices.
b) Upload Device CSV File
Please use the file upload prompt to begin uploading your device assignment CSV file.

You can search for a terminal ID
or serial number
if you are not completing any batch assignments as well as having an on screen summary of any unassigned devices which you can search through.

c) by clicking Edit
you have the ability to view the current assignment status of a specific device as well as the ability to re-assign it to a new district.

Under Assign Terminal use the drop down to search for the district you wish to assign.
You can make sure of the notes section on the left hand side of the screen to add a note to the device history for other users.
You also have the ability to view
and download
a transaction report relating to that device. Again, to filter results press the blue filter button
.

Notify All Devices
With this section here you have the ability to send a blanket message to all A920 devices in the RBL estate. Please note that you cannot send a message to a specific device. Any messages sent via this section of the portal will go to every A920 in the RBL estate pool.
Simply type in the message you wish to send and press submit. This will queue the message and it will be sent to all A920 devices which are currently turned on and connected.
Example messages you may send, 'Please remember to upload any stored donations before the end of day'.

There is also a notification log which will display any previous notifications, the date the notification was sent, the device it was sent to, the delivery status, when the notification was delivered and what the message was.
