Gift Aid

You can now claim Gift Aid on any eligible transaction processed on our Toucan Tap App.

To do this, triple-tap on the 'Powered by Toucan' logo at the bottom of the screen and select Settings, enable Gift Aidand tap the Update button to save changes and return to the donation screen.

Once enabled, this will remain selected until such time as you decide to go back to disable it.

Take a donation as normal, when the donation has been completed successfully you will be presented with a QR code, the donor can scan the QR code using their mobile phone. This will take them to a secure web page where they can register for gift aid.

Add Gift Aid to your Donation

Optionally the donor can be provided with a QR code printed receipt to take with them.

We will then match the Gift Aid details to the donation once the transaction has been imported into our system. This is usually after 1 hour.
