Districts

View Districts

Within this section you have the ability to manage and create districts. Use the filter options to select a specific district or you can search by ID, Code or Name.

Click Edit to open up the specific information for that district. Within here you have the ability to amend the following:

Region ID, District Code, District Name, Area, and to confirm if this is a FRM district.

To make any changes please press update.

Add Districts

Within this section you have the ability to do the following:

a) Download District Template

• This template will provide you with the correctly formatted CSV file for use in batch uploading a group of districts

b) Upload District CSV File

• Please use the file upload prompt below to being uploading your district CSV file

Manage Regions

Within this section you have the ability to manage any preset regions.

There are currently 9 regions:

• East

• London

• Midlands (North & East)

• Midlands (South & West)

• North East

• North West, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man

• South East

• South West

• Wales

Under each of these regions you will see a list of districts and CFR's.

To edit a region press Edit.

You have the ability to reassign the district to a new region and the ability to remove an assigned CFR.

Any unassigned Areas will be displayed at the bottom of the screen as shown below. Use the region dropdown to select a region to allocate it to and press assign.
