# Reports

Overall Performance

This report is designed to show you transacting and non transacting devices by region. You have the ability to search by `date range`, `area` and `region`. Each of the regions are listed on screen and will display a summary based on the selections made above. You also have the ability to `export` overall performance data into CSV.

## District Performance

This report is designed to show you how each district is performing. The report will show you the `district`, `total amount raised`, `number of transaction` and the `average transaction value` for that area. This data is at district level not device level.&#x20;

You have the ability to filter by `date range`, `area` and `region` as shown below:&#x20;

## Device Performance

This report is designed to show you by `terminal id` / `serial number` how much each device has raised in total. The report will show the `terminal id`, `serial number`, `device type`, `current district`, `amount` and `average transaction value (ATV)`.&#x20;

You have the ability to search by date or a range of dates as well as the ability to download a report to CSV as well as adding a report note.&#x20;

The results of the report will be shown in a table below. You will notice that you can select a specific device and `view` or `edit` the device.&#x20;

## Dormant Devices

This report is designed to show you two categories:

## Transacting devices

Generate a report of all transacting devices by `date range`. The report will show you `terminal id`, `terminal type`, `current district`, `amount summary` i.e. how much that device has processed within the date range selected and the last transaction date.&#x20;

## Dormant devices

Generate a report for devices which haven't processed a transaction within the date range selected.&#x20;

You have the ability with either report to select a specific date range, add a report note and download via CSV.&#x20;

## MID Summary

&#x20;**T**his report is designed to show you how many transactions have been processed on your RBL MIDS across Elavon, American Express and Credorax. You also have the ability to select a `date range` to look at specific dates.

## Notes Reports

The notes report section has been designed to record a log of any changes made to either a device allocation or new user on the MI portal.&#x20;

You will be able to see the `date`, `user`, `terminal id`, `serial number`, `type` and `note` added by a user.&#x20;

As with all reports you have the ability to export this into a CSV based on a date selection of your choice.&#x20;

## Yearly Summary Report

The yearly summary report is designed to show you how much has been raised each day by year across the board.

## Manage Reports

This is your report management area where any reports you have requested to `download` via CSV will be located. You'll notice in the screen show below you will be able to identify the report by `date`, `report type`, `note`, `status`, `download link` and `delete`.&#x20;

To `download` a report click the `download link`.

To `delete` a report press the `red delete button`.&#x20;
