Telephone Payments

You can now use our Virtual Terminal and Multi-User Virtual Terminal to take donations over the telephone. The Multi User Virtual Terminal allows you to give the Virtual Terminal to your colleagues and fundraisers.

Virtual Terminal

To access the Virtual Terminal:

1. Select VIRTUAL TERMINAL from the TAKING PAYMENTS > UNAUTHENTICATED menu.

1. The Virtual Terminal allows you to capture the amount of the donation, description, cause reference, cardholder and card details. The staff member processing the payment can also be captured. The Card graphic will complete as the data is entered. To complete the donation simply click PROCESS PAYMENT

Multi-user Virtual Terminal

To access instructions to provide the Virtual Terminal to other colleagues.

Select MULTI-USER VIRTUAL TERMINAL from the TAKING PAYMENTS > UNAUTHENTICATED menu.
