JustGiving Settlement and Refunds

Refunds

If your device(s) are connected to your JustGiving account, you will not be able to process refunds.

In the event of a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Date of transaction

  • Terminal Serial Number

  • Value of Donation

  • First 6 digits and last 4 digits of card used

  • Reason for refund

Please email the refund request to [email protected]

Settlement

All successful donations will be settled to you by JustGiving. There will be a section within your JustGiving account where you can view 'Contactless Donations'.

JustGiving are currently settling donations to your account twice a month.

For settlement queries please contact your JustGiving representative.
