Upon Receipt of the Terminal
Whilst we have made every attempt to ensure these devices are correctly configured to your specifications, we'd suggest ensuring the terminal(s) are tested by completing a transaction.
Where possible, please use Apple Pay/Google Pay to complete the payment as you should be notified on screen of the confirmation of the transaction. Please validate the payment by ensuring the funds have come out of your account. If they do not, please get in touch with us.
